We will undertake a free VALUATION of your property either by visiting or using property particulars. Using our experience, extensive market knowledge and existing portfolio, we will offer you an accurate rental value. Your valuation will be confirmed to you in writing, accompanied by our ‘AUTHORITY AGREEMENT’ form detailing our terms and conditions.
To place your property with HomeLets of Bath, you will need to return the ‘AUTHORITY AGREEMENT’ form to us, completed, signed and dated, and this should be accompanied by any relevant documentation such as an inventory or gas safety certificate. We will then begin marketing. You can expect your property to be on our website the same day.
Our MARKETING strategy is extensive. Our website allows browsers to see an external photo and full description, along with further details of items included in the let, internal photos where possible and any other relevant information. In addition to the website, we run advertisements in the Bath Chronicle, as well as a full colour photo feature in the Property Weekly.
All VIEWINGS are accompanied and are available Monday to Friday, and Saturday morning. Our vehicles carry our logo and website address, and we find applicants and landlords often comment on seeing them around the city.
Applicants are required to pay a documentation charge and deposit in order to reserve a property. We undertake full REFERENCING in-house.
